Simple Shipping Rates

Free shipping on orders over $75.*

All other orders qualify for a $9 flat shipping fee.* 

*Free shipping offers apply to orders shipped within the USA, excluding Alaska & Hawaii. Freight for non-contiguous states is calculated at checkout.

 

International shipping is not available at this time, and we do not ship to U.S. sub-national territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam. 

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT FORWARDING SERVICES ARE STRONGLY DISCOURAGED SINCE WE CANNOT SERVICE ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE 50 U.S. STATES. FOR BEST SERVICE WE MUST MATCH THE ORIGINAL BUYER TO PRODUCT. GROUP PURCHASES OR PURCHASES FROM UNAUTHORIZED THIRD PARTIES ARE DISCOURAGED. 


Preparation & Carriage

We guarantee a safe and accurate delivery with every package. For fast order processing within 1-2 business days on average, our part-time fulfillment team ships completed orders from Reading, Pennsylvania. We’re here to ensure your experience is smooth and satisfactory from start to finish.

 

Guidelines

Standard Shipping

Our target is to deliver all standard domestic orders within 7-12 days from the order date, which includes both preparation and shipping transit time. A narrower shipping time estimate is available during checkout that varies by geography. We understand that sometimes you may need your order sooner, and we’re here to help. If you require expedited processing, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.


Build-to-order Shipping

Unless marked "finished and ready to ship", we intend to ship fountain pens built-to-order approximately 3-4 weeks from the order date. If you require expedited processing, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.


International Shipping

International shipping is not available at this time. Since we're unable to service international orders, we strongly discourage the use of freight forwarding services. 


Shipping Protocol

Generally, shipping is non-refundable.
