Ghostwriter

The Ghostwriter Model-C is a full demonstrator fountain pen turned from translucent resin and meticulously finished by hand to read clear on nearly all surface area, inside and out. Each fountain pen includes a removable ink converter and a pre-installed German nib with point grade of choice. 

The Ghostwriter starts as a solid cast resin rod before machining on a CNC lathe into four separate pieces: barrel, grip section, cap body, and cap finial. Machined components are taken through successive sanding and buffing grits by hand, multiple passes on each interior surface followed by a series of sanding and buffing steps on the full exterior. The inner bore is the hardest part of the build. Tool marks, cloudiness, or a missed grit on the ID will show through the resin, so every barrel and cap is checked under light between stages and pulled back to a lower grit if anything reads short of crystalline. Next, a clip is shaped by hand, tumbled to soften the edges, and finished to match. Finally, every pen is fully assembled, engraved, and QC inspected.
